Body literacy and fertility awareness for women coming back into relationship with their bodies — after the pill, before pregnancy, and everywhere along the spiral in between.
Start with the free guideIf you're here, something brought you
None of that means something is wrong with you. It usually means something was never explained to you.
Your body has been speaking this entire time. It just wasn't taught to you as a language.
What changes here
I'm not here to tell you what to do with your body. I'm here so that whatever you choose, you're choosing it with the whole picture. That is what informed consent was always meant to be.
Free — begin here
What's actually happening in your body in the first 90 days off hormonal birth control.
A short, clear guide to what your body is rebuilding, what it needs to rebuild with, and the three signs that tell you whether you're actually ovulating — not just bleeding.
You'll also get my Friday letters — physiology, cyclical living, and what I'm learning. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your email address will never be shared.
Free live workshop
What your body is actually doing after birth control — and how to read the three signs it gives you every cycle.
We'll cover:
Come as you are. Ask anything. If you can't make it live, register anyway and I'll send you the recording.
A second session runs Thursday, September 10.
Work with me
I work one to one. Not courses, not apps — just the two of us, your chart, and the time it takes.
$1,700 · payment plan available
Eight private sessions where you learn the sympto‑thermal method — basal body temperature, cervical fluid, cervical position. By the end you'll understand your cycle instead of guessing at it.

On working with me while I'm still in training:
My certification is active, which means my work is supervised right now. Every chart I read is seen by my mentors as well as by me, and complex cycles get more than one set of eyes. That's more oversight, not less.
It also means you have my full attention. I'm building this practice one woman at a time, and right now there are very few of you.
Enrollment is open until Friday, September 18. We gather together at the equinox, September 22 — though if you're ready sooner, we begin sooner.
Ask about a placeA nine-month container for women and their partners preparing body, relationship, and intention for conscious conception. Opening later this year — my Friday letters will tell you when.
Who's holding this
I was fourteen when I was handed the pill. Sixteen when I was given a hormonal IUD. I kept it for six years and never bled once.
Nobody sat me down. Nobody said: here is what this does, here is what you're trading, here is what your body would have been doing instead. It was handed to me the way it's handed to nearly all of us.
Around 2020 something started to stir, and I began to wonder whether having no period at all was doing something to me — physically, spiritually. What followed was years of trying to understand my own body with no map.
Then I found fertility awareness. I remember feeling something loosen in my chest — not because it fixed anything, but because it explained something.
Spirals and Thresholds was born out of my own unraveling. It's the space I made to honor the winding, non‑linear path of a woman remembering herself.

The door
This work happens in private, between members. If you'd like to walk through, write to me and tell me a little about where you are on the spiral.
